In the exciting year of 2023, a remarkable new chapter was written as we proudly introduced the Discovery PolyBotz. The Discovery Polybotz, from Discovery Polytech Early College High School in Springfield, MA, began as a small enthusiastic group of students with an interest in FIRST Robotics and STEM in 2023. It’s not just a robotics team; it's a fusion of brilliant students, dedicated staff, and invaluable partners from our very own Discovery community.

In our rookie season, we quickly made a name for ourselves by advancing to the District Championship at the Big E and earning both the Rookie Inspiration and Rookie All- Star awards. Through these achievements we built valuable connections with other teams and began establishing our reputation in the competitive robotics community. As we enter our second season, we’re focusing on maintaining this momentum by training new members and strengthening our team culture, ensuring our growth and resilience for the future.
